Keep me as the apple of Your eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings. The work of God is this: to believe in the one He has sent.
“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit–fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in My name.”–Jesus.
Psalm 17:8, John 6:29, John 15:16
“The person who knows My commandments and keeps them, that’s who loves Me. And the person who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and make Myself plain to him.” –Jesus
If you live in Me and what I say lives in you, then ask for anything you want, and it will be yours. Ask and it will be given to you; Seek and you will find; Knock and the door will be opened to you.
John 15:7, Matthew 7:7
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. But the saints of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will possess it forever–yes, for ever and ever. To the person who conquers and continues to do what I’ve commanded to the end, I will give authority over the nations.
Psalm 2:8, Daniel 7:18, Revelation 2:26
One of the main reasons we don’t see solutions to our family problems is that we have let fear keep us from God. Jesus says,
“Fear NOT, ONLY Believe…THEN you shall SEE the Glory of God.”
So pay attention to how you hear. To those who listen to My teaching, more understanding will be given. But for those who are not listening, even what they think they understand will be taken away from them. Do not deceive yourselves. If any one of you thinks he is wise by the standards of this age, he should become a “fool” so that he may become wise.
Luke 8:18, 1 Corinthians 3:18
Have the simple trusting heart of a child – dare to be as King Solomon who worshiped the Lord and after that He appeared to Solomon by a dream asking him what he desired. Solomon said he was like a little child he didn’t even know the “ins or outs” or which way to turn. So Solomon asked for God to give him wisdom to discern the right way to live. For this perfectly complete request, God made Solomon the wisest man who ever lived and not only that, gave him all that he had not even asked for in addition!
When we stop playing the blame game and every other MIND game and take on the mind of Christ…for God has not given us the spirit of fear but a spirit of power, of love and a SOUND MIND. We take on the mind of Christ which is only doing whatever the Father shows us to do. We know it is not God’s will for any to perish but He desires that men be saved and live in Everlasting, Abundance of Joy with Him. We have not prayed aright but amiss selfishly squandering this viable and valuable most holy resource for God is our SOURCE for every good and perfect gift comes down from above! We NEED to pray FOR the lost and wayward and even the complainers.
Remember Moses and his tenacious faith in asking God to strike his own name from the Book of Life so that the complainers might live
for the Lord’s name’s sake!
Remember Abraham praying that none righteous would perish in the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. God sent angels to remove the ONLY righteous which were Abraham’s FAMILY!
God is faithful and true to His Word. He watches over His Word to perform it as we pray, believing Him. When we pray, God releases His divine power into the lives of our family members.
Do not let the enemy throwing sand in your eyes cause you to break your focus on Jesus who is the Living Word, the One who is Faithful and True and is with you to the very end. He is a Present Help in time of Need. The enemy knows this and wants to distract and discourage you. Don’t let him.
If it only takes faith the size of a mustard seed to move mountains then the opposite is true of fear, doubt and unbelief—it only takes
a grain of sand kicked up in your eye to blindside your focus.
Faith Directs Our Lives
Since we are surrounded by so many examples of faith, we must get rid of everything that slows us down, especially sin that distracts us. We must run the race that lies ahead of us and never give up. We must focus on Jesus, the source and goal of our faith. He saw the joy ahead of him, so he endured death on the cross and ignored the disgrace it brought him. Then he received the highest position in heaven, the one next to the throne of God.
Keep My commands and you will live; guard My teachings as the apple of your eye. But Christ is faithful as a son over God’s house. And we are His house, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast.
Proverbs 7:2, Hebrews 3:6
We are His watchmen over His house. Declare today that as for you AND your house, you will serve the Lord! Worship ONLY God. For it is He who has made you.
Then you can look the devil, the bully right in the eye with your faith — no matter if it’s still the size of a grain of sand and declare with the courage that God has instilled in His purpose for your life:
“I’m coming for you.”
“I’m coming to get YOU.”
“I am coming soon; hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown.” –Jesus, the One who is Faithful and True
Because you have plundered many nations, the peoples who are left will plunder you. For you have shed man’s blood; you have destroyed lands and cities and everyone in them. Then I will bring you down with those who go down to the pit, to the people of long ago. I will make you dwell in the earth below, as in ancient ruins, with those who go down to the pit, and you will not return or take your place in the land of the living.
Habakkuk 2:8, Ezekiel 26:20
In a desert land he found him, in a barren and howling waste. He shielded him and cared for him; He guarded him as the apple of His eye.
God-of-the-Angel-Armies, the One of Glory who sent me on my mission, commenting on the godless nations who stripped you and left you homeless, said, “Anyone who hits you, hits me—bloodies My nose, blackens My eye. Yes, and at the right time I’ll give the signal and they’ll be stripped and thrown out by their own servants.” Then you’ll know for sure that God-of-the-Angel-Armies sent me on this mission.
“See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you. You have heard these things; look at them all. Will you not admit them?
From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you.”
Isaiah 42:9, Isaiah 48:6
The LORD will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing. “And he who has an ear, let him hear what The Spirit speaks to the assemblies: ‘To the one who is victorious I shall give of the manna which is hidden, and I shall give him a white pebble, and upon the pebble, a name in writing that no man knows except he who receives.’”
Isaiah 51:3, Revelation 2:17
