No Other Way

Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually!

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusts in thee.

Clothe yourself with Strength from God. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. The joy of the Lord is your strength!

Nehemiah was a man of prayer, and he didn’t do anything without talking to God about it. We all need to always ask the Lord for vision and direction before doing anything. Jesus’ walk and talk with God enabled Him to always, only do what the Father showed him.
Through prayer we seed God’s guidance. By His Holy Spirit, He leads and guides us into all Truth. His Word is Truth. Jesus Christ is the Living Word of God the Father Almighty and this Word is from Everlasting to Everlasting – He is Lord.

Jesus taught his disciples to pray as children of God seeking to do what is well-pleasing to their Father in heaven, coming daily, asking: “Thy will be done, not mine be done on earth as it is in heaven. Help me to give and forgive as are all giving and forgiving of me. Father, I trust you to lead me not into temptation but deliver me from evil for I love to do Your will instead of going my own way or trusting in another. As your child, I report for duty as your humble service for Yours is the Kingdom and the Power and Glory forever I am not my own but Yours oh Lord glorify Your Name in my body this day. Amen.”

I am counting on the LORD; yes, I am counting on him. I have put my hope in His Word. -Psalms 130:5

Repeatedly, God says there is wonder working power in His One Perfect Love which is being perfected in whosoever will love and worship His Word by trusting and obeying whatever He tells them to do. One obediently perfected heart is more precious than great numbers of anything else.
We see King David sin in trusting in strength of numbers other than the One True God. Yet we sin David quick to repent, his heart returning to what is well-pleasing to His heavenly Father, the building of a spiritual family, a house-hold of faith.
Gideon, trusting God, saw his enemies defeated after God culled the number of his army.
God removes all that is not necessary in order that we trust Him alone.
One with God is more than thousands with man.
Elisha’s servant had his faith-eyes opened to see that one with God is more than a host of men.
Even one day with the LORD is better than 1,000 elsewhere.

“Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee…Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

1 Corinthians 2:9-16, “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Ghost teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.”

Never dis-count God! His ways are much higher than ours. Our math is not His math.
Jesus said that if you have faith even as tiny as a mustard seed, it moves mountains.
No amount of human “wisdom” or words can add even one inch to our height.
Therefore, we pray:
Ephesians 3:16-21, “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”

I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.

The eyes of the Lord are looking throughout the earth for such a one who will let Him reign in their life.
The obedience of such a one is the love that works together with faith allowing God to work through their life. That is trusting and obeying God.
Our position determines our perception. Only God knows what steps each person needs to take to see His Truth worked out in their lives. But to the one that seeks Him in spirit and in truth willing to do His perfect will, to that one God will reveal Himself as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Nothing is too hard for He is Lord of All!

To the one that takes hold of God, they walk together as one in agreement, His strength perfected in your weakness; your trust showing Him strong.
The entrance of His Word brings light – real vision and as we walk in that light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness making us clean to come into His Presence with thanksgiving and praise. This freeing-Truth makes our service well-pleasing as we take His love to others. All fear is gone because we know Real love and how to share it.

She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future WEEPING MAY ENDURE FOR A NIGHT, BUT JOY COMES IN THE MORNING. Hold on, my child, JOY comes in the morning. The darkest hour means dawn is just in sight.

The light shines in the dark, and the dark has never extinguished it!

“Who is among you that fears the LORD, that obeys the voice of his servant, that walks in darkness, and has no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.” Isaiah 50:10

When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word,
What a glory He sheds on our way!
While we do His good will, He abides with us still,
And with all who will trust and obey.

Trust and obey, for there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

Not a shadow can rise, not a cloud in the skies,
But His smile quickly drives it away;
Not a doubt or a fear, not a sigh or a tear,
Can abide while we trust and obey.
Not a burden we bear, not a sorrow we share,
But our toil He doth richly repay;
Not a grief or a loss, not a frown or a cross,
But is blessed if we trust and obey.
But we never can prove the delights of His love
Until all on the altar we lay;
For the favor He shows, for the joy He bestows,
Are for them who will trust and obey.
Then in fellowship sweet we will sit at His feet,
Or we’ll walk by His side in the way;
What He says we will do, where He sends we will go;
Never fear, only trust and obey.
(Trust and Obey by John H. Sammis, 1887)

Now it was in the HEART of David my FATHER to build an HOUSE for the NAME of the LORD God of Israel

Isaiah 40:28-31 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary,and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
