Who may ascend the mountain of the LORD?
Who may stand in his holy place?
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart,
who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.
They will receive blessing from the LORD & vindication from God their Savior.
Such is the generation of those who seek him,
who seek your face, God of Jacob.
If you are pure in heart and holy unto the LORD then sin can not stand between you and God to accuse you of any misdeeds or wrongful thoughts. You do not stand condemned but are able to come to the presence of the Lord boldly.
See how the devil’s lies, half-truths and deceits cause sin to enter into the heart. As we attend to it, each day like a disease it seeps into heart and you are feeding on the base lies coming from the pits of hell. There is no such thing as compromise with sin even as there’s no such thing as a little bit pregnant. It is or it isn’t.
A little bit of sin, a little bit of holiness, a little bit of truth, a little bit of lie.
There’s only Truth and lie.

Either be hot or be cold, if you are lukewarm then the Lord will spit you out from his mouth in the end. (Revelations 3:15,16)
The end is just like the beginning.
In the garden the devil came in the form of a slick serpent and he
sidled up to Eve and spoke lies sugar-coated with appeal to her baser desires.
Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” (Genesis 3:1)
As soon as the seed of doubt was sown into the woman’s heart, she answered in folly by adding to what God had said.
In Genesis 2:16-17, And the LORD God commanded the man,
“You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”)
The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’” (Genesis 3:2,3)
Revelation 22:18-19, “For I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

“Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.” Matthew 10:16
“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.” Ephesians 5:8-11

“…everyone who partakes only of milk [elementary teaching] is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food [solid Biblical teaching] belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” Hebrews 5:12-14

“My son, if you receive my words, and treasure my commands within you,
So that you incline your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding;
Yes, if you cry out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding,
If you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures;
Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.
For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding;
He stores up sound wisdom for the upright;
He is a shield to those who walk uprightly.” Proverbs 2:1-7
Matthew 12:33-37, “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.”
“Folly is joy to him who is destitute of discernment,
But a man of understanding walks uprightly.” Proverbs 15:21
“And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in real knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve the things that are excellent, in order to be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ.” Philippians 1:9-10
